Minimum Store Ordering Policy
Our store requires a minimum $50.00 order of products.
Orders are shipped via FEDEX or UPS ground service in the continental 48 United States on Monday through Friday. After your order has shipped you will be sent your tracking information. Most orders will ship the same or next day and will be scheduled to arrive quickly. Below are our standard shipping prices.

FREE Shipping at $100.00! - The total of $100.00 needs to be for product only and shipping charges or taxes do not count towards the total.
FREE Shipping to all of Arizona on all orders of $100.00 or more.
Fast & Free shipping to Arizona cities include but are not limited to: Gilbert, Mesa, Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Ahwatukee, Tempe, Queen Creek, Sun Lakes, Apache Junction, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Glendale, Peoria, Sun City, Surprise, Sun City, Cave Creek, Carefree, Buckeye and Avondale.
We do not ship outside of the USA. If you are visiting the USA, have a forwarding company or a relative/friend inside the US you can use our shopping cart. Please provide your US shipping address when checking out. Some prohibited products that may not be shipped through the USPS.
APO & FPO
We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.
We do not ship to Puerto Rico addresses.
Hawaii and Alaska
We welcome your orders. However, our standard shipping rates do not apply. After you have checked out of our shopping cart we will send you the additional shipping cost total which will be added to your order. We use FEDEX Ground as our shipping service for these locations. *All orders are limited to non-hazardous/flammable products.
30 days on defective products. All equipment sales are final and fall under the individual manufacturer's warranty. This includes polishers, buffers, Tornador, pad washers, ozone generators, extractors, water filter units, metering systems and chamois wringers. Contact us if you have received a defective product as you will need a defective returned goods authorization (RGA). 30 days for pads or any other products that you ordered incorrectly are subject to a 20% restock fee and the original shipping cost you paid is non-refundable. You are also responsible for all return shipping costs. The items must be in perfect and sealed resale condition. Used items are not returnable. After we receive the items we will issue a refund back to your method of payment that was used for your order. We do not do exchanges. You will need to place a new order if you want different pads. All returns need an authorization. Any returns without an authorization will be refused. All sales are final on Dakota Products with no returns. Sales tax is non-refundable.
If after you have placed your order you decide to cancel your order for any reason before it is shipped a 15% service fee for the entire cost of the order including the actual shipping cost will be charged to you. This covers our cost of processing and packing the order. The 15% fee will be deducted from the refund we send you.
If you cancel your order for any reason after it is shipped, refuse it from being delivered, provide an incorrect shipping address or do not make plans to receive your package after 3 delivery attempts and it comes back to us, you will be responsible for all actual shipping costs including return shipping costs and be charged a 20% restocking fee. The shipping costs and 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund we send you.
