Track Your Order

This service is provided as a convenient way to track your orders through UPS. Simply enter your email address used in your payment transaction and click the "track this package" tab.

UPS compiles your package tracking information for up to nine months. Your most recent order will always be the bottom transaction displayed in your account summary.

Shipping Policy

All shopping cart orders are limited to UPS ground service in the continental 48 United States. All orders are immediately processed. After your order has shipped you will be sent your UPS tracking number and your order status will be updated as "shipped" with your tracking information. Here are our standard shipping prices.

We take great pride in packing your order to insure a safe transit without damage or leakage. UPS recognizes us for being in their top tier with the lowest damage claims per package that is possible. One of our keys to this accolade is using proper packaging. We bubble wrap, bag & tape items to make sure you don't have to deal with damaged or leaking products. Our packaging team has been trained by top UPS packaging specialists and exercise 9 years of personalized hands on experience when packing your order. We want your product to arrive safe!

Local Sales

Local customers can receive the benefits of internet discount pricing without shipping costs by using our will call ordering and pick-up from our warehouse. Ordering is easy. Simply place your order through our shopping cart and use a credit card for payment. Write a note in the comment field that says: Local order - No shipping. We will deduct the shipping cost before we capture your order payment. After we have processed your order we will notify you that your order is ready for pick up. We are located on the NE Corner of Arizona Ave and Elliot in Chandler. A minimum $75.00 purchase excluding sales tax is required.

International Orders

We do not ship outside of the USA. If you are visiting the USA, have a forwarding company or a relative/friend inside the US you can use our shopping cart. Please provide your US shipping address when checking out. Please see the list below of all prohibited products that may not be shipped through the USPS.

APO & FPO

We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.

Puerto Rico

We do not ship to Puerto Rico addresses.

Hawaii and Alaska

We welcome your orders. After you have checked out of our shopping cart we will send you the payment invoice for any additional postage due. We use USPS Priority Mail as our shipping service for these locations. All orders are limited to non-hazardous/flammable products. Please see the list below of all prohibited products that may not be shipped.

Prohibited Items

We cannot ship hazardous products by air. This includes all aerosol products

Prohibited items are any products that are considered hazardous or flammable by UPS or the USPS. This applies to all orders shipping to: Hawaii, Alaska, and any forwarding orders.

Return Policy

All products excluding equipment, DVD and samplers are backed with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. *If you are not satisfied with any product for any reason, simply return unused portion of product with a brief explanation and we will refund you 100% of the purchased price of your products excluding the cost of your shipping. All equipment sales are final and fall under the individual manufacturers warranty. This includes polishers & buffers, pad washers, ozone generators, extractors, water filter units, metering systems and chamois wringers. All DVD and sampler sales are final.

Cancellation Policy

If after you have placed your order you decide to cancel your order for any reason before it is shipped a 10% service fee for the entire cost of the order including the actual shipping cost will be charged to you. This covers our cost of processing and packing the order. The 10% fee will be deducted from the refund we send you.

If you cancel your order for any reason after it is shipped or refuse it from being delivered and UPS sends it back to us you will be responsible for all actual shipping costs including return shipping costs and be charged a 20% restocking fee. The shipping costs and 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund we send you.
