The orbital rotation of the Flex XC 3401 VRG car polisher simulates the circular movement of the human hand. At the same time, the polisher's ultra-smooth operation facilitates a careful, precise, hologram-free finish.

The Flex XC 3401 VRG is the only dual-action car polisher with a positive drive system that ensures a uniform movement, even under load. In conjunction with the machine's large stroke length, hologram-free paint correction is possible, even on the most delicate black finishes.

Thanks to the innovative FLEX direct orbital drive system, very little heat develops on the polishing surface, making this car polisher ideally suited to temperature-sensitive finishes. The accelerator trigger switch and speed selection allow for a controlled acceleration to the optimal speed, not an abrupt start.

Our new FLeX Foam™ Pads are a superior solution for all dual-action polishers, but work extremely well with the Flex XC 3401 VRG Car Polisher.

The new X-cut design reduces polisher wobble and pad walking for an easier job. Plus, the pad face buffs out faster and cleaner that traditional flat face pads.

Conventional foam polishing pads absorb polish too quickly. This reduces polish and pad performance because most of the polish is trapped below the working surface of the pad. Lake Country's CCS Foam Technology solves this common problem by using strategic patterns of partially closed foam cells.

CCS Foam:

- Slows rate of polish absorption and enhances polish performance
- Improves operator control
- Gradually releases polish as needed by the operator
- Helps prevent pad skipping
- Reduces surface tension, allowing the operator to run the pad flat on working surface
- Creates less heat from friction

Now, for the first time, Lake Country's CCS Foam is available in a NEW line of High Performance Pads designed exclusively for Dual-Action Polishers, like the Flex XC 3401 VRG.

HP-DA pads have a beveled edge that offers more control when polishing at an angle. The pads also feature a back beveled Velcro platform that helps center the pad and provides extra flexibility and safety when polishing curved body panels and around trim.
